Overview
Warrain Villas are brand new having been completed in December 2011, not only are they are located in Warrnambool's CBD but is the perfect fit for a family. The villa’s have two bedrooms, each with queen beds, luxurious pillow top mattresses and memory foam pillows.
Warrain Villas include a full kitchen, complete with gas hot plates, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, small appliance and crockery. The Lounge is furnished with two comfy couches and a 51 inch plasma TV and DVD player, with a TV/DVD in each Bedroom. Feel at home with an equipped laundry including washing machine, clothes airier and clothes line in courtyard. We have also provided central gas heating in every room of the villa.
The private Courtyard has an outdoor setting, and the courtyard is lockable for security and privacy. The entire complex is very private and secure, and can only be entered via the electric driveway gate or keyed personal access gates. Visitors can be given access via an intercom system.

3. Travel onto Princess Highway and onto Banyan St

The Villas are located about four minutes to the Warrnambool train station and a close walk to bus services.

Free parking is available, a single garage with a remote door is provided. A council car park at the rear of the property is available for additional parking, fees apply.
