Overview
Waltzing Matilda Motel offers beachfront accommodation at affordable prices! Rooms are air conditioned, with ensuites and colour televisions. Most rooms have views out over beautiful Moreton Bay.

Enjoy fine dining in our restaurant "Billy's on the Bay". It is fully licensed and open for business Tuesday through to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch. The motel has a pool and barbecue area. Breakfasts are available for delivery to rooms each morning. Guest laundry facilities are available.

Our on-site facilities include a licensed restaurant overlooking the water or we can have cooked breakfast delivered to your room. An a-la-cart menu is available. We also have a swimming pool and BBQ area for your enjoyment.

Wi-Fi internet is available in each room for $10 per night (for a 24 hour period) payable direct to the motel.

Getting There
We are located 30 minutes North of Brisbane via the Gateway Motorway.

If traveling north from Gold Coast, Brisbane or the Airport use the Redcliffe exit (Deagon Deviation). Cross the Hornibrook Bridge onto the Peninsular. Veer right once you have crossed the bridge and follow the course of the road around the foreshore, veering left onto Oxley Ave. Continue along Oxley Ave until the traffic lights at Beaconsfield Road turn right. Proceed to the end and turn left.

If traveling south the Sunshine Coast, Bribie Island or the Glasshouse Mountains use the Deception Bay exit (Deception Bay Road). Turn left at the lights (onto Deception Bay Road) and continue along Deception Bay Road until the roundabout and veer/turn left onto Anzac Avenue. Proceed down Anzac Avenue until you reach the roundabout, turn right onto Marine Parade, we are located just after the third roundabout.
