For the disabled or elderly, there is a new specially equipped 2 brm Villa with ramp, walk in shower, corner spa & dishwasher. All villas are airconditioned; most enjoy facilities such as spa, dishwasher, lock up garage or undercover parking. Most Villas & Townhouses are open plan with lounge, dining & fully self contained kitchen. All Villas & Townhouses have colour TV, Video or DVD player. There are 2 pools (one is heated), one with disabled access), Hot Spa, Canoes, BBQ Gazebo, Gym, Games Room with X-Box, TV & Video, Playroom & 2 Play Grounds. Getting There
20 minutes drive north from Coffs Harbour Airport to Korora Bay. 15 minutes drive north from Coffs Harbour City Railway Station to Korora Bay. Pick up is available from either location for $20.

Car parking is available in garages, carports or under shade sails - depending on Villa or Townhouse. There is 1 designated car parking space available for each 2 bedroom Villa or 2-3 spaces for the large Villas & Townhouses, however additional vehicle spaces are available if required. There is no charge for car parking.
