Two self contained private Suites - The Library Suite and The Spa Suite. A stylish and elegantly appointed 1850s luxury retreat with uninterrupted views of vineyards and modern contemporary decor. Only minutes from beaches, wineries, cellar doors and restaurants The Vintage is set on an acre of beautiful rose gardens and lawns with an orchard to pick your own fruit. Wood fires, silk robes, 12 foot ceilings and unique wrought iron beds make this charming B&B the perfect romantic escape for wine connoisseurs and other lovers.
The Spa Suite offers a king size bed with a "top of the range" luxury pillow top bed, an 11 foot high canopy and is dressed in Sheridan bed linen. Four large rooms make up this suite: a private sitting room with flat screen TV, sound system, movie DVD's and foxtel. Two large stylish couches and a view over the vineyards you won't forget. Your ensuite has a large corner spa and you have your own private breakfast room with fridge, microwave, and cooking facilities.
The Library Suite has an open fire under the mantle piece surrounded by a floor to ceiling library of books .. very romantic! The queen size bed with 11 foot canopy is also dressed in Sheridan bed linen and overlooks the vineyards. Lay in the leather chaise and listen to a CD or some of the many choices of movie DVD's or just choose a movie from Foxtel. You may decide to light a few candles and take a bubble bath in the very large high backed claw foot bath or just soak your feet in the foot spa.
Both suites are furnished in authentic modern French provincial decor and beautiful pieces of artwork collected over years of travel in Asia. The stunning and unique wrought iron beds were purpose built for The Vintage and ensure the best nights sleep with a range of pillows to choose from.
You can choose to dine outside under the glory vine on a large slated patio covered in fairy lights at night. Or visit with another couple and take advantage of the connecting interior door that closes to soundproof private suites when shut. Either way, The Vintage is an unforgettable stay, specialising in weddings nights, honeymoons and special occasions.

Getting There
When driving to the Vintage take the Southern Freeway to the McLaren Vale, turn onto the Victor Harbor Road and follow it 200 metres past the McLaren Vale turn-off. Turn right onto Martins Road and The Vintage is approximately 300 metres on the left.
