This stunning purpose built Bed & Breakfast/Guesthouse offers a flexible service allowing guests to relax, refresh and unwind.

The Villa has three superbly appointed guest suites, all with marble ensuite bathrooms with underfloor heating, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, bathrobes and slippers, TV, and in-room tea and coffee making facilities.

The Villa at Hannam Vale is located in the lush green valley of Hannam Vale and is set amongst 4 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds which in turn nestle in the Villa's own 60 acres of rolling green hills and Lotus covered lakes.

The calm and beautiful interior with its luxurious furnishings blends stylish sophistication with quiet country charm and sets the scene for a memorable stay.

The huge rear verandahs overlook the vast lawns and on to the beautiful lake.

The owners, Ray and Jenni Willmott, have collected some wonderful and varied artworks over the years and these are now hung throughout the house and guest rooms for all to share.

The spacious Sitting Room with its vaulted ceiling has an open wood-burning fireplace for those cool winter evenings and the nearby (adjacent) Dining Room comfortably seats eight, although a private dining table for two can be set up for you in your room or elsewhere in the house.

Our room rates include a full cooked or continental breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea on arrival.

Lunch and Dinner can also be provided, as an optional extra, by prior arrangement.

Getting There
FLY

Daily flights are available from Sydney, Brisbane, Newcastle or Coffs Harbour to either Port Macquarie or Taree Airports. We can arrange for you to be picked up for a fee of $50 or you can organise a rental-car from the Airport.

An area on the rear lawn is suitable for helicopter use.

DRIVE

40 minutes from Port Macquarie
30 minutes from Taree
3 1/2 hours from Sydney.
2 hours from Newcastle.
7 to 8 hours from Brisbane.

FROM THE NORTH ON THE PACIFIC HIGHWAY

Take the JOHNS RIVER exit on the left and proceed just 800 metres through the village turning Right after Rosie's Cafe and then 300 metres over the Highway to the roundabout.

Exit the roundabout on to the STEWARTS RIVER ROAD and HANNAM VALE ROAD and continue a further 6.4km to the Hannam Vale Store on your right and the local Primary School on your left. Turn left after the school into DEEP CREEK ROAD. Drive for 1.8km then turn left into McCAFFREY?S ROAD. The Villa is 900 metres up McCaffreys Road and is the first entrance on the right. There is a sign outside.

FROM THE SOUTH ON THE PACIFIC HIGHWAY

Exit left off the Highway at the turn for MOORLAND AND HANNAM VALE

(DO NOT take the South Moorland exit which is a little way before the Moorland/Hannam Vale exit).

Follow the HANNAM VALE ROAD 13km to the Hannam Vale Store on your right and the local Primary School on your left.
Turn left after the school into DEEP CREEK ROAD. Drive for 1.8km then turn left into McCAFFREY?S ROAD. The Villa is 900 metres up McCAFFREYS ROAD and is the first entrance on the right. There is a sign outside.
