Situated in Perisher Valley in the heart of the Perisher Ranges, The Stables Apartments incorporates contemporary Australian features, designed to blend perfectly with the surrounding Snowy Mountains high country.
Poised amongst the snow gums in this unique mountain setting, The Stables enjoys superb views over Perisher Valley and the surrounding alpine region.
Each striking timber and granite chalet or apartment is fully self-contained, featuring well appointed furnishings,including CD/TV/VCR, microwave, fan-forced oven and dishwasher. The laundry is complete with washing machine and dryer. Many chalets and apartments boast spa baths, under floor heating and open fires for those chilly winter nights.

Getting There
Perisher Valley is a comfortable 6 hour drive from Sydney and just 2.5 hours away from Canberra. If you would rather leave your car at home, regular schedule flights operate into Cooma where taxi, hire car and coach connections can be made to Perisher Valley.
The Stables Apartments is located in Perisher Valley which is a 30 minute drive up Kosciuszko Road from Jindabyne to Perisher Valley.
During the Summer / Autumn months (Oct - May) parking is availabe at the property.
During the Winter months, Perisher Valley is a snow bound resort with no overnight parking.The Property can not be accessed by car or 4WD as it is in the snow bound part of the resort. Vehicles can drive to Perisher Valley to drop off Luggage but cannot drive beyond the Skitube Terminal. Vehicles if not a 4WD must carry chains into the National Park. Vehicles must also pay the National Park entry fee of $27 per day.
Alternatively, Parking is available at Bullocks Flat Terminal (located on the Alpine Way) where a frequent train service runs to Perisher and onto Blue Cow. The parking at Bullocks Flat Skitube Terminal is Free but guests will need to pay for the train transfer to and from Perisher Valley. Vehicles do not need to carry chains if parking @ Bullocks Flat Skitube Terminal
