The Maisonette is a charming guest house located in the chic village style area of Potts Point right on the edge of Sydney Harbour and close to the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay.

Just a short 10 minute stroll away is the world famous Royal Botanical Gardens and gorgeous Sydney Harbour with views of the Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

The sophistication of Potts Point and its amazing location offers guests the chance to truly experience the best Sydney has to offer. With cafes, bars, restaurants and lounges around every corner, this unique part of Sydney is constantly bustling with locals visiting their favourite Sydney spots.

Our recently refurbished rooms are modern, comfortable and affordable. Some handy hints on our hotel:-

1. Our rooms are located over three levels which are accessed via a central staircase. This may not be suitable for persons who may have difficulty walking up stairs.
2. We have restricted office hours. If you are arriving outside of our regular office hours, please contact us so we can make alternate arrangements for you.
