Overview
The hotel has nine Motel style rooms with their own ensuite. There are 3 bars and a Restaurant open six days. There is also a function for 100 people for stand up or approx 60 for a sit down meal. The hotel has been renovated over the years but has retained it Heritage appeal.
The Verandahs Have now been completed and are accesable from rooms 4,5,6,7,8 and 9. The Verandah has privacy screens separating rooms.

The Hotel has a function room that operates on FRIDAY and SATURDAY night untill 11.45 pm.

There is Live entertainment on Saturday night untill Midnight.

PLEASE NOTE !! THE GRAND HOTEL does NOT have a LIFT. ALL rooms are on the first Floor.

The hotel is situated two blocks from Newcastle Railway station, this also is a bus stop for buses from the airport and Port Stephens. A taxi from the airport takes about 40 minutes. From Sydney it is about a two hour Drive.
