The Docks’ Kangaroo Point location connects to the CBD and Fortitude Valley via Brisbane’s landmark Story Bridge, which also provides an easy 20 minute transit to Brisbane Airport’s domestic and international terminals.
Only 400m from ferry services, guests enjoy superb access to the city and the finest attractions on offer in Brisbane – CBD, Botanic Gardens, Brisbane Convention and Entertainment Centre, Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Gallery of Modern Art, Southbank leisure and dining facilities, and the “Gabba”.
All apartments are fully self contained, with air-conditioning, balconies/courtyards, laundry, built-in robes; and equipped with telephone, broadband internet and cable television services. Apartments are serviced weekly.

Getting There
From the South - continue along South East Freeway (M1), take Stanley Street Exit. Bear left at Stanley Street, turn right into Allen Street. Turn right at Vulture Street then left into Leopard Street. Continue along River Terrace then left into Main Street. Exit left into Kangaroo Point before Story Bridge. Right into Rotherham Street. Turn into last driveway on the right.
From Airport - Exit the airport turning left onto the Gateway Motorway. Take Links Ave Exit, bear left. Turn left into Kingsford Smith Drive. Exit left into Breakfast Creek Road. Continue along Ann Street. Turn left onto Bradfield Highway (Story Bridge). Exit into Cairns street, bear left in Deakin Street. Turn right into Rotherham Street, turn into last driveway on the right.
From the North - Continue along Bruce Highway, Exit Left onto Gateway Motorway. Continue along Gateway Motorway past the airport turnoff and follow Airport instructions as above.
Parking Info
Car park/set down for reception accessible via Rotherham street entrance. Free secure undercover parking available (1 space per apartment). Accessible after check in. Direct access from the car park to the accommodation floors.
