Beach Houses Holiday Apartments are located approximately 50m from the patrolled Maroochydore surf beach and the world reknowned Maroochy Life Saving Club. Spacious affordable accommodation with 11 x 2 bedroom and 5 x 3 bedroom, self-contained holiday apartments are situated on Queensland's Sunshine Coast at Maroochydore Beach midway between Noosa and Caloundra.

Everything on the Sunshine Coast is so handy when you stay at the Beach Houses. Watch the waves while you enjoy a cool drink, followed by an exceptional meal at the award winning Maroochydore Surf Club located right on the beach.
The Bowls Club is a 5 minute stroll. Shops, restaurants (licenced and BYO), heated Olympic swimming pool, great fishing in the Maroochy River, and the Coast's magnificent golf courses are also within easy and pleasant driving distances. Shop at the Sunshine Coast's largest shopping centre, the Sunshine Plaza, well within easy walking distance from the Beach Houses.
