gardens.

Featuring 3 Luxury Suites with either a K/Q Bed, Ensuite & Spa, 32"Flat Screen TV's, DVD & A/C, Covered terrace overlooking stunning valley / garden views. We offer privacy combined with the highest level of hospitality and service.

Our 5 acre property has a BBQ, Saltwater Pool, Lounge with 52" TV, Foxtel, DVD Library & WiFi.

Our gardens are filled with the sweet chime of Bell birds and there's plenty of wildlife to be seen as you overlook our wonderful valley views.

Getting There
Directions to the Acreage B&B

By road from Sydney:-

Travel along the Sydney/Newcastle Freeway (F3). Follow Gosford Exit, and drive towards Gosford/Terrigal. Drive over the Brian McGowan Bridge, through East Gosford and over the Punt bridge.
At next set of lights turn right into Avoca Drive
Continue along Avoca Drive for approx 7km.
At last roundabout (St Pauls historic church is on the right) turn left into Scenic Highway. Follow signs towards Terrigal (DO NOT turn right at the next roundabout towards Avoca Beach)
Continue down hill for 50 metres, turn left into Picketts Valley Road. The Acreage B&B is the last house on right hand side. Guest parking is the 1st driveway after 100 Picketts Valley Rd.

By road from Newcastle:-

Travel akong the Newcastle/Sydney Freeway (F3) and take Gosford Town exit at Kariong/Somersby. Follow Directions as above from Gosford Exit.

By rail:-

Nearest Station Gosford, approx 15 minutes drive to The Acreage B&B. Transfers to and from Gosford Station by arrangement.
