Sunraysia Motel & Holiday Apartments offers Budget accommodation at an affordable price to all travellers seeking accommodation in Mildura.

Located on Deakin Avenue just down from the round-a-bout on Fifteenth Street, right across the road from the new and improved Centro Shopping Centre, we have 12 fully contained rooms with either one or two beds over looking our beautiful blue pool and have easy access to local shops and transport. We also cater for families and larger groups by providing four roomy apartments which all have two separate bedrooms, lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen for those longer stays.

For travellers without a car, a bus stop is located 20 meters from our main entrance, buses run every 20-30 minutes (NA Public Holidays / Weekends) making public transportation easy.

For guests wishing to relax in the motel during their stay, we offer a swimming pool, gas barbecue and a beer garden styled bar and dining area.

We are fully licensed and welcome you to come and enjoy a cold one with us in the bar and dining area during the evenings and if you are feeling hungry, why not try a meal from our new home-style cooked menu from 6:00pm Sunday to Friday.

We offer breakfast in the mornings to those who request it and will bring it to your room at a time that suits you. The same is also done with our evening meals, they can be enjoyed in the bar and dining area, or we can bring them to your room.

Each room includes their own direct dial phone and access to wireless broadband internet. A password will be needed for the internet, please enquire at reception.

Getting There
Sunraysia Motel is located on the 15th street end of Deakin Ave (441 Deakin Ave). We are Opposite Centro Mildura. Visitors Traveling from 7th Street end must U-turn at 15th Street Roundabout for access to the property. (The only roundabout on Deakin Ave) Visitors Traveling from Melbourne on the Calder HWY must turn right onto Deakin Ave. Visitors Traveling from Adelaide continue along the Sturt HWY onto Deakin Ave. We are about 100meters on the left after the roundabout.

Parking Info
Each room has semi undercover off-street parking. 2 bedroom family have parking space for two cars.

For larger vehicles such as small trucks, buses and cars with trailers we do have a small block of land adjoining the property. Please let staff know if you require this space to park upon making your reservation.
