The 4 Star (self rated) accommodation has been refurbished to create stylish boutique offerings with most rooms having private ensuites. All rooms feature flat screen televisions with Foxtel, Sky, free high speed WiFi, crisp white linen, stylish furnishings and air conditioning.
There is a shared kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities and basic kitchen appliances for guest use.

Getting There
NORTH TO SOUTH: Follow the Pacific Highway until you reach Hexham. Continue through Hexham past McDonalds Family Restaurant until you reach the Cemetery. Turn right into Wallsend Road where the cemetery is this will merge into Sandgate Road, follow until you reach a roundabout and veer to the left. You should now be on the new bypass. Follow bypass for 2km and you will approach a large roundabout. At the roundabout veer to the left, you are now on Newcastle Road. Follow Newcastle Road up over the hill (beware of speed camera) for approximately 2km. Turn left onto Broadmeadow Road and follow for 300 metres. The Sunny is on the left. COMING FROM SYDNEY Travel on the F3 Freeway until you reach the Newcastle /Wallsend exit. After exiting freeway, you will travel through seven roundabouts. After the seventh roundabout, proceed along Newcastle Road past Jesmond Park (on the right) for approximately 2km. Turn left onto Broadmeadow Road and follow for 300 metres. The Sunny is on the left. FROM NEWCASTLE AIRPORT Turn right onto Nelson Bay Road and follow. You will now be on South Arm Road which runs parallel to Hunter River, follow this Road until you go over the Tourle Street Bridge which passes over the Hunter River. Follow until you reach a set of lights, turn left onto Industrial Drive Highway. Turn your first right into Vine Street which runs into Hanbury Street. Follow over railway overpass. You will reach set of lights with a park on your left and railway station on your right. Turn left at lights proceeding onto Turton Road. Follow Turton Road for 500 metres then turn left at Waratah Shopping Village onto Georgetown Road. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Broadmeadow Road and follow for 200 metres.
