Getting There
Access to “Straddie” is made seamless with regular water taxi and vehicular barges ferrying passengers between the mainland township of Cleveland (Middle Street) and the Island community of Dunwich.
By car
Travel south along the Pacific Highway, take the Old Cleveland Road exit and follow the signs to Cleveland. Once in Cleveland follow the signs to Toondah Harbour at the bottom of Middle Street. From Toondah Harbour take the water taxi or vehicle ferry to Dunwich.
If travelling without a vehicle, both bus and taxi services transport passengers to the Stradbroke Island Hotel | Spa Resort, located 20 kms across the Island from Dunwich, in the surfside township of Point Lookout. The Hotel is located on East Coast Road.

Undercover Parking for Hotel Suites is located at basement level of Hotel with this area being secured at close of business each day. Apartments have designated undercover parking with security access only also located at Basement Level of property.
