Our aim is to continue to provide the warm, friendly service that has made the motel so popular and to ensure that all of our guests are comfortable, with any special needs catered for. We received an award as a Merit Winner in the HMAA Awards for Excellence 2004 in the "Most Improved" category, an indication of the effort that we have undertaken in enhancing our property.

If choice is important to you, then Spring Hill Terraces has set out to please. We have a total of twenty-nine three and a half star rated rooms, ranging from budget rooms (double or twin beds with shared bathroom), motel rooms (double or twin beds with ensuite), studio apartments (with limited cooking facilities and ensuite) and terrace houses (fully self-contained) to suit a single person, couples, the corporate traveller, or families. Please note that Spring Hill Terraces is a smoke-free zone with smoking only permitted in the covered driveway entrance to the complex.

We have a tropical atrium garden and gazebo area, both of which provide relaxing areas for guests to meet friends, or just to enjoy the sunshine. You can also enjoy a barbecue in the shaded pool area.Evening Meals and Breakfast available.

Spring Hill Terraces is just a ten minute walk to Chinatown, restaurants and night clubs in Fortitude Valley. For great shopping, restaurants, bars and the casino, a walk into the city will only take twenty five minutes. Transport into the city is available via bus or train, with a bus stop 150 metres away on Brunswick Street and Brunswick Street station a short distance from the motel. We are also within a short drive to Ballymore and Suncorp Stadium, and Bronco's Leagues Club at Red Hill - leave your car in our complimentary off road, secured car park and call a cab from our free-call taxi phone! For those guests who will be attending events at the RNA showground, we are only 500 metres walk to the grounds.

Getting There
Water Street is located off Brunswick Street, with the entrance to the motel on the corner of Warry and Water Streets. Roma Street Transit Centre is only five minutes away for the traveller arriving by coach or train by Taxi or Fortitude Valley Staion a few minutes walk . A door to door service is operated by Coachtrans for guests arriving or departing via the airport. We also have a free taxi phone located in reception for the use of our guests.
