South Central is centrally located in the heart of South Brisbane making it the ideal location for corporate stays or leisure to enjoy the best that Brisbane has on offer.
1 and 2 bedroom serviced, furnished apartments in a complex of 38 modern apartments. Free weekly servicing for guests staying one week or more. Extra beds are available at $20 per night. Cots are also available for hire at $10 per night. Please contact the property if you require an extra bed or cot for your stay.
South Central is walking distance from the Brisbane CBD, Southbank and West End. With public transport and cycling tracks at your doorstep, you are never too far from the many restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment.
Local attractions include the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA), Museum, Cultural Centre, Lyric and Queensland Theatres, Story Bridge climb or the Kangaroo Cliffs for abseiling.
Facilities include roofdeck pool, barbeque amenities and sundeck to take full advantage of Brisbane’s relaxed lifestyle.

Upon or before arrival a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required for $100 and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.
South Central Apartments has a NO Party Policy.
Warnings will not be issued, any guests breaching this policy will be asked to leave.

Getting There
Taxi from the airport should take about 40 minutes.
If driving from the Airport via Kingsford Smith Drive, take the Inner City By Pass all the way to Coronation Drive, take the Go Between Bridge across the river and continue straight ahead onto Merivale Street. South Central is building on your right just before the traffic lights. Park your car in the street and go to reception which is located on the corner of Merivale and Peel Sts to check in.
