These spacious serviced residences offer 56 non-smoking rooms for both the individual and families. Each apartment features unrivalled panoramic water views of the River Derwent, Hobart's waterfront and historic Sullivan's Cove. Residences are serviced every 3rd day e.g. arrive Monday room is serviced Thursday (unless otherwise specified). If required, daily servicing can be organised at additional cost ($35 per service for One Bedroom Apartment, $70 per service for Family Apartment). Please advise at time of check in if you require additional servicing.

The Hobart Function and Conference Centre is a purpose built function centre providing the perfect venue for conferences, board meetings, wedding receptions, product launches and displays. WiFi internet access is available throughout the property and is free of charge. There is also internet access in guest lounge.

Guests may print documents during business centre hours. This is complimentary.

A photocopying service is available on request from reception. The charge is 50c per page.

Getting There
Somerset on the Pier is built on the Elizabeth Street Pier, on Hobart's vibrant waterfront.

If travelling from the Hobart Airport take the A3 (Tasman Highway) into Hobart. The highway becomes Davey Street, stay in the left lane. Turn left at Elizabeth Street and drive straight ahead to Elizabeth St Pier. Drive onto the pier, reception is half way down. Park in the turning bay while you check in and receive your parking voucher.

Somerset on the Pier offers complimentary guest parking (subject to availability) at the front of the pier. Vouchers are available on check in.
