Solaire Apartments is a modern high-rise, with excellent access to all that the Gold Coast has to offer. Our resort facilities include an air-conditioned gym, indoor heated lap pool, heated spa pool & a spacious sauna, all perfectly positioned on the 13th floor offering breath-taking views of magical Surfers Paradise. There is also, a BBQ area set amongst our landscaped garden. The famous Surfers Paradise beach is 150m away.

2 Bedroom Apartments
The apartments have quality furnishings, including natural gas stovetop cooking & spacious walk-in wardrobes in the master bedroom, a huge ensuite, your own private laundry & large balconies. The 2 bedroom apartments have either river, sea or city views. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee views but welcome requests.

1+1 Bedroom Apartments
Our 1+1 Bedroom apartments are beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The open plan living & kitchen area is spacious & welcoming. They have a large bathroom that has a full size bath tub, separate shower & toilet. This is ideally suited to families with young children. Bedding is generally 1 queen + 2 singles or 1 queen + 1 sofa bed. We are unable to guarantee a specific bedding configuration. The 1+1 bedroom apartments have either river or garden views & some have steps leading up to the apartment. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee views but welcome requests.

3 Bedroom Sub-penthouse
Rates are for 6 people maximum occupancy is 6. Bedding configuration is 2 queens & 2 sgls. This apartment is super luxurious & offers spectacular sea, city & river views. It has quality, premium furnishings, including natural gas stovetop cooking & air-conditioning, spacious walk-in wardrobes in the master bedroom, a huge ensuite,2nd spacious bathroom your own private laundry & large balconies. Suitable for mature people.

FAMILY DEAL
These are spacious 2 bedroom apartments that have all the facilities as our regular 2 bedroom apartment. These apartments do not cater for schoolies. Children are allowed to stay for free in these apartments provided that there is at least one adult that is over the age of 25. The children must be aged between 0-15 years. ID will be required. Children 16 years & over are not allowed in these apartments, unless staying with an adult that is over 25years. Extra fees will apply for children over 16 years. So if you are looking for a great deal for your family, this is for you.

Free WIFI Deals
This will be available over certain periods only.
Guests that book this deal will be allowed 1.4GB of internet usage per stay. Guests that decide to stay for extended periods will be allocated 1.4GB per week. Once the usage is deplenished, guests may choose to purchase extra usage at reception.

Check-In / Late Arrivals
Check-in is from 2pm - 4pm weekdays. If you are arriving after office hours, please call us, at least 48 hours prior to arrival, to avoid paying call-out fees at check-in. We cannot accept any responsibility for guests that are unable to check-in after hours if they have not contacted us during office hours to obtain the self-check in procedure. Guest can e-mail us up to 30 days in advance for the late arrival information if they are unsure of their ETA.

Late Arrival & Weekend Arrival procedures can only be arranged during office hours. Your Credit Card information will be required prior to us sending out the check-in procedure.

Bond
PLEASE READ OUR DETAILED BOND REQUIREMENTS. ***THIS APPLIES TO EVERY BOOKING.***

Between the 16/11 - 8/12, the bond amount is $1000 cash or a $1000 credit card pre-authorisation.

Bond requirements for all other dates:
THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO PROVIDE THE BOND:

1. VISA OR MASTERCARD CREDIT CARD HOLDERS:
The bond requirement is only a signed imprint of your visa or mastercard CREDIT card, upon check-in.

2. VISA OR MASTERCARD DEBIT CARD HOLDERS:
If you have a Visa debit card or a MasterCard DEBIT card a bond of $500 will be placed on the debit card for a 1 or 2 bedroom apt. A bond of $1000 will be placed on the card for the sub-penthouse.

3. CASH
This will be refunded after the apartment has been inspected. Refunds can only be actioned during office hours.

Servicing of Apartments
We only offer weekly servicing if you are paying the full rack rate & are staying for more than 7 days. However, should you wish to have your apartment serviced, this can be arranged at reception at an extra cost.

Breakfast Deals
Vouchers will be given per stay not per day. These can be redeemed at the Surfers Paradise RSL, for a hot dish off their breakfast menu & their full buffet continental breakfast. The RSL is only a 7 minute walk from Solaire. What a great way to start your day!

Family Deals - NOTE THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO SCHOOLIE BOOKINGS.
One staying guest must be at least 25 years +. Children MUST be 16 years or younger. Photo ID will be required for ALL guests prior to us checking them in. Please adhere to the age restrictions as bookings that cannot satisfy these requirements, will be cancelled with NO refund. Thank you.

Internet Usage
We offer pre-paid Cabled interne which requires a CAT5E cable that is not supplied, so please bring your own cable or you may purchase one at reception.

Maintenance
Should any of the major appliances, eg. air-con, be deemed faulty during your stay, all attempts will be made to rectify it but if it can't be fixed within 2 working days, you will have the option to leave the accommodation with a refund of the balance of your stay.

PRE-PAID WIFI & Cabled Internet is available for purchase at reception. Please bring your CAT5E Cable for cabled internet. Fax & Photocopy. All Tours, Theme park tickets & Airport transfers can be booked at Reception. A Netbook laptop is available for hire at reception & includes a cable & internet usage.

We are 30kms from the Gold Coast Airport. Just follow the signs to Surfers Paradise once you exit the airport.

We are approximately 80kms from the Brisbane Airport. If you are driving through, please take exit 66 (Southport) & follow the signs to Surfers Paradise.
We are located at the corner of Ferny & Cypress Ave. All airport shuttles or taxis will drop you off at the entrance.
