This idyllic nature-based property lies on the shores of beautiful Geographe Bay. The self contained 2 & 3 bedroom villas have open plan living areas and are within 50-120m of the beach. Located within 15 minutes drive to Busselton or Dunsborough town centres and 35 minutes to Margaret River, Siesta Park Holiday Resort is an excellent base to discover and enjoy the numerous attractions and activities in the region. An outdoors orientated lifestyle is the focus, with extensive lawns and shady peppermint trees along a 400 meter beach frontage. The kids have exciting unique adventure play equipment including the Flying Fox and Tarzan Swing plus there are a number of items for the really small children. There is a popular 50m private jetty for swimming and fishing and rowing boats can be hired. Boats up to 5.5m can be launched by 4WD from the on-site seasonal boat ramp. A cycle way runs to Busselton and towards Dunsborough and there is a shop/service station and café at the Park’s entry. Siesta Park Holiday Resort offers a very peaceful, casual and un-crowded setting to truly unwind and relax. It is the holiday destination for generations of many families since 1946 and is still family owned and operated.
INFORMATION AND BOOKING CONDITIONS OF SIESTA PARK HOLIDAY RESORT TOWELS and CONSUMABLES A small selection of consumables will be provided on arrival including toilet paper, soap and kitchen cleaning products to get you started. All linen will be supplied for bookings made on this site. LEAVERS and YOUNG GROUPS During school leavers time in November our property does not cater for leavers or "young groups". This falls in line with the overall strategy employed by the community within our area to cater and care for leavers who are accommodated at selected properties that are dedicated and secured for this purpose. At other times we can accommodate "young groups" with relevant bookings conditions and a $200 pp bond. If this may apply to your group it must be mentioned in the notes area when making your booking so we may contact you to discuss your situation. Failure to do so may result in your booking being refused with a 1 night penalty charge. As a guide, a group whose majority of ages are under 25, are unmarried and not in a family group, are generally regarded as a "young group". UNIT ALWAYS OCCUPIED BY PERSON WHO MAKES BOOKING At all times the unit must be occupied by the person who makes the booking. All other circumstances require a separate booking. ADVENTURE PLAY EQUIPMENT AND JETTY We have a flying fox, a large rope swing plus other adventure play equipment and a 50m long jetty that requires suitable instruction and supervision by parents for their children. NO SMOKING in units and NO PETS sorry. NO DISTURBANCE All guests must consider each other and be aware that there is to be no disturbance (noise or other) at any time to any other guests. Getting There
Siesta Park Holiday Resort is approximately 2.5 hours drive South of Perth, 12km west of Busselton - midway between Busselton and Dunsborough 368 Caves Road (on the ocean side of the road). If approaching from Perth follow the directions and signage going to Dunsborough. A landmark located at the entry to the resort is the Siesta Park Service Station (found at the western end of the intersection of Siesta Park Road and Caves Road).
Parking Info
Car parking is at your unit. 2 bedroom villas can have 2 cars/boats and 3 bedroom villas can have 3 cars/boats at the unit. Extra cars and empty trailers to be parked in allocated area away from units.
