You have a choice of 3 villas, each differing in size, layout & decor. All have luxurious pillow top king size beds and magnificent panoramic views to the coast (also whilst lying in bed!). You also have the option of provisions for cooked breakfast and catered dinners for in-house dining (minimum 24 hours prior notice required)

The 75 acre property consists of large tracts of native vegetation and eucalypt studded grazing land. An abundance of water from the permanent spring fed creek and dams supports a rich diversity of plants and wildlife.
Poised sensitively on the hillside the panorama from each villa and most of the property is stunningly beautiful, generating a sense of freedom and well being.

Please note:
Smoking is not permitted in the villas or on the front deck. If you must smoke please do so only in the paved courtyard.
We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if your Villa not left clean and tidy on departure.

Getting There
Driving from Adelaide:
Seascape Retreat is an approximate one hour drive south of Adelaide and located at 185 Old Coach Road Hindmarsh Valley.
Approx 12 kms past Mount Compass, off the main Adelaide to Victor Harbor Road, turn right into Pambula Road.
Old Coach Road turnoff is approx 1.6kms on the left. Please note that Old Coach Road is an unsealed dirt road.
Seascape Retreat is located 1.85kms down Old Coach Road which is a no through road and ends at our gate
Please take care as you may encounter kangaroos on these roads.
The Retreat is approx 600 metres from our front gate, past some sheds, over the creek and up the hill.
Follow the sign to the guest carpark. Please phone us on 0409 584 901 when you arrive and we will come and show you to your villa.
