Sea n Sun Motel is situated right on Hargreaves beach offering 12 modern ground floor 3 Star AAA rated units consisting of four queen sized units and eight double sized units.NO children under the age of 14 allowed on premises at any time.
The office is closed from 1.30pm-3.30pm mon-thur but arrangements can be made for key to be left for guests outside of these times, please phone prior to arrival.

Getting There
We are located approximately one hour’s drive north of Hornsby and an easy one hour’s drive south of Newcastle airport.
Travelling north from Sydney on the F3 take the Sparkes Road turnoff. Continue along Main Road until you reach the last roundabout and turn left towards Budgewoi. We are approximately 500 metres from the roundabout on the right hand side.
Travelling south from Newcastle take the Pacific Highway until you reach the service station at Doyalson and turn left towards Budgewoi. Continue over the Budgewoi bridge past Lakes Surf Club and we are 500 metres on the beachside left.
