Only one Villa is able to be displayed on this site.
All the waterfronts are slightly different and to maintain indivuality, the internal furnishings are all slightly different. They are all however to the same high standard and extensively furnished.


Buggy Warranty:
A buggy warranty will be required to be completed with drivers licence details and signed before the use of the motorised buggy and occupancy of the Villa. The buggy may only be driven by the holder of a current Drivers Licence.

Getting There
From Brisbane Airport:
45 minutes drive south towards the Gold Coast on the motorway over the Gateway toll bridge. Exit to the left at Exit 57.

From Coolangatta Airport:
35 minutes drive north towards Brisbane on the motorway and take exit 57 then turn across the motorway to the right.

Limousine Transfers:
These are available from either airport by prior arrangement and at additional cost.

Bus Coach and Train services are also available in conjunction with Taxis.

Sanctuary Cove is a secure gated community.

Car parking is provided in a secure, lockup double garage with internal access to the Villa.
