Welcome to Roseneath Villa B&B, your gateway to the Great Ocean Road. Roseneath Villa is nestled in the beautiful seaside hamlet of Point Lonsdale, one of the coast’s best kept secrets, and is only a short 90 minute drive from Melbourne.

Escape your daily routine and come to relax and unwind at Roseneath Villa's traditional guestrooms, set amongst stunning landscaped gardens.

There are three guest rooms in total, able to accommodate up to six guests at one time. For your comfort and privacy, we prefer to only accept one set of guests at any one time.

Our gourmet breakfast is made from local seasonal produce and is served in your private lounge room, providing the perfect way to start your day.

Only a short stroll, or cycle to the beach front village, will give you access to the local cafes, quaint gift shops, stunning beaches, and golf courses.

In summer, take in the delights of your private garden by enjoying a chilled wine whilst preparing a barbeque feast at your leisure. In the cooler months, enjoy our cosy open fire over a good book, board game, movie, or just simply take the time to relax and savour the company of your fellow guests.

Roseneath Villa is a dog friendly bed and breakfast, providing a secure fenced off garden that is perfect for dogs and is accessible from your private entrance. We provide all the necessary facilities to accommodate your four legged friend. Please phone the number on your booking confirmation prior to arrival to advise if you will be travelling with your pet.

Getting There
When travelling from Geelong, follow the signs to Queenscliff on the Bellarine Hwy (the B110). Turn right into Fellows Rd, just after the ‘Welcome to Queenscliff’ sign. Follow Fellows Rd until you reach us at #108, on your left-hand side.

From the Queenscliff-Sorrento Car Ferry-
Follow the road into Queenscliff , Hesse St, until you come to a until you come to a roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout and continue for approximately four minutes. Turn off to your left at Point Lonsdale Rd. Follow this road until you reach Lawrence Rd, opposite the BP station. Turn right into Lawrence Rd and continue to the intersection of Fellows Rd. By Public Transport from Melbourne or Geelong: Take a V/Line Train from Melbourne to Geelong. From Geelong Station, take bus #75 or #76, destination Queenscliff. The bus timetable is available from the bus operator, Mc Harry's website. Ask the driver to drop you off at Roseneath Villa B&B, corner of Fellows Rd and Williams Rd in Point Lonsdale.

Off-street parking available for two cars. Pathway from parking to accommodation is guided lights for late arrivals.
