8am - 8pm Sunday/Public holidays

No reservations will be accepted without a valid credit card in the name of the reservation. No Check in will be accepted after 23:00hrs Monday to Sunday. All reservations will be forfeited after these hours and the accommodation will be charged as per our cancellation policy. No refund will be given.
A $200 credit card pre-authorisation will be required on arrival, otherwise a refund will not be available. Please also note photo-id must be presented on check-in and a photocopy is to be retained by hotel. Quest Potts Point does not accept cash as a mean of security bond.
Your apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and Public Holidays, or when your DO NOT DISTURB sign is displayed.
Multiple nights booked on average rates $130 per night or less for Superior Studio and Executive Studio $145 per night or less include housekeeping services after every 3rd night booked unless otherwise specified. Please contact the property on the number you'll receive with your confirmation email with any queries once you've booked.
Quest Potts Point is a strictly non-smoking property. Where a smoke odor is detected in the apartment or its immediate surroundings, a $500.00 room refreshing charge will be applied.
Limited offsite car parking is available at $40 per day.Car parking is first comes first served. Please note that due to Reception hours Parking is only available between the hours of 7:00am - 11.00pm Monday - Sunday

Getting There
Heading toward the city from the airport take the Kings Cross exit and turn right on William Street. Up the hill three blocks and take the left-hand exit to Kings Cross. Take the first left into Victoria Street. Travel approximately 70 metres down Victoria Street, turn right at Earl Street. Follow Earl Street as it merges into Earl Place, then Springfield Avenue. Alternative entry (non-vehicular) via Springfield Plaza, off Darlinghurst Road.
By train to Kings Cross Station (5 minutes walk south to hotel). If coming from the airport change at Central from the airport line to the Eastern Suburbs Line.
From the City 324, 325 & 311 bus routes all pass nearby and we are within 5 minutes walk of Taylor Square (Oxford Street).
