The chalet is well suited for families, it has a main room with queen bed and a foldout double sofa, the second bedroom has a double bed with a bunk on top, plus kitchenette facilities. There is a lovely sit-out with BBQ at the back.

Overview
Quamby Pines is a bed and breakfast farm-stay accommodation, comprising of a chalet with two rooms and a small kitchen, ideal for families, as well as unit two, which is also self contained sleeping up to two adults. We supply continental breakfast, milk and bread, or you can order cooked breakfast from $10. Quamby Pines also has a meal service if required, with Cely's speciality spring rolls or schnitzel a favourite. The farm is a chemical free operation, with consideration for the environment our main concern. This is acknowledged through our ECO Tourism accreditation. On our farm we have some deer, sheep, miniature hereford cows, chooks and one emu. Bird watching is a favourite among some guests, but there is also plenty of other wildlife like wallabies, possums, potoroos, bandicoots and echidnas. In the dam there are a few platypuses, wild ducks, native hens and occasionally a pair of black Swans will make their appearance. You also can do a bit of fishing as there are plenty of rainbow trout in both dams, there is no charge for fishing, but a charge will apply to any caught Fish. Our commitment to quality is reflected in the accreditation by Tourism Australia and Tourism Tasmania, we are also TQUAL Quality assured.

Getting There
From Launceston Bass Highway entry: go past the Bowling Club then Police Station, turn left before Deloraine Bridge, go 50m, then turn left into East Barrack Street, continue on this Street for 7km and Quamby Pines is on the left.

From Devonport Bass H/way entry: Go thru Deloraine Shopping Centre, go over Deoraine Bridge, turn right, go 50m, then continue as above.
