Other islands to explore include Newry, South Cumberland, Smith and Northumberland Islands all surrounded by sparkling turquoise waters perfect for diving and snorkelling. To get that island feel without getting on a boat, check out the magical National Parks on the mainland that go all the way to the sea, like those at the beautiful Cape Palmerston and Cape Hillsborough.
