Getting There
Cairns City Motel is centrally located in Cairns, our street address is 169 Lake St.
We offer FREE airport shuttle pick-up!!
If arriving on the Greyhound bus, walk past the Reef Fleet Terminal and up Spence Street. Lake Street is the Third street on your right-hand side. Cairns City Motel is just 3 blocks down on the left hand side.
From the Premier bus stop in Lake Street get off the bus and walk north up lake st away from the bus station past the taxi rank. Cairns City Motel is just 3 blocks down on the left hand side
If you are arriving by train, from the station go through the Cairns Central Shopping Centre onto Shields Street. Take the Third Street on the left ( Lake ) and we are on the left hand side about 3 block along. Coming into Cairns from the south, Mulgrave Road turns into Florence Street. Turn left when you get to Lake Street and we are half way down the first block.
If you arrive from the train station, come out of the station down Shields Street and travel along until you get to Lake Street, then go left and go down 2 blocks.
Coming from the north or the Airport, head back into the city along Sheridan Street until you get to where the two highways meet (Captain Cook and the Bruce Highway), turn left at Florence Street, go one block, turn left again and Poinsettia Motel is halfway down that block.
