Overview
Phoenix Apartments are located in central Lorne just opposite the beach, within easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Each apartment features polished wooden floors with a spacious interior. A simple life by the beach. The apartments have well appointed fully equipped stainless steel kitchens with fridge/freezer, cooktop/oven and microwave. The pantry contains basics such as olive oil, vinegar and condiments.
All accommodation is fully self-contained with linen and towels provided and all rooms have a television and DVD player.
Off street parking spaces are provided at the rear of the apartments and are accessible from Argyle Lane.
Phoenix Apartments offers two different styles of accommodation:
Studio apartments which feature a combined living/ sleeping area with Queen size bed, a separate bathroom with walk-in shower and fully equipped kitchen. The studios have a large glass sliding panel which opens the living area onto a patio. Studio Apartments are NOT Pet Friendly.
The one bedroom apartments feature a balcony with ocean views( 2 apartments have full views 2 apartments have partial views, spacious living area, separate bedroom with Queen size bed, bathroom with a bath and fully equipped kitchen. Three of these apartments have an extra double bed with folds from a cupboard in the living room to accommodate extra guests or children if necessary. Please note Apartment 5 & 6 are not pet friendly.

Business Facilities
Lorne is easily accessible for the business traveller with buses to Geelong four times a day.
Apartments provide plenty of space for small meetings.

Getting There
Phoenix Apartments is situated on the main street of Lorne. By car or bus, guests will come to Lorne, along the Great Ocean Road, either from Geelong or from Warrnambool via Apollo Bay. The bus stop is directly in front of the apartments. Car Parking -Turn right at the BP service station onto Grove Road -Take your first right onto Smith Street -Take your first right again down Argyle Lane.
