Offering year-round ambience the retreat is ideal for a relaxing weekend away, romantic escape or complete getaway. Catering exclusively for adults (over fourteen years), you can be assured of a truly intimate experience.
Set upon 50 acres of gardens, parkland, bush and forest in the Gold Coast Hinterland, the retreat offers the height of style and comfort with eight beautifully appointed villas and one exclusive executive suite, all echoing the natural environment through the use of natural timbers and warm interiors. All rooms feature air conditioning, L’occitane amenities, cable television channels, DVD and CD player, refrigerator and mini bar, coffee/tea making facilities, hair dryer and high speed internet access.
At the retreat you will be treated to personalised service, fine dining and first class leisure facilities. Spend your time in the relaxing Ruffles Day Spa, immersed in our heated outdoor infinity edge swimming pool or heated spa or perfecting your swing on our 85 metre par three golf practice area.
Dining is an integral part of the Peppers Ruffles Lodge & Spa experience. With the freshest produce from the region, our restaurant serves a gourmet a la carte dinner menu, a sumptuous array of light lunch options and a comprehensive breakfast menu. Our garden gazebo also features a purpose-built wood fired oven where our talented chefs create mouth-watering pizzas and flavoursome breads, meats and vegetables.
The retreat offers an abundance of things to do during your escape. You can choose to experience the nearby Surfers Paradise or remain amongst the Gold Coast Hinterland, home to national parks and nature reserves, picturesque wineries and quaint towns such as Tamborine Mountain or you can simply choose to do nothing at all.

Business Facilities
Only a 30 minute drive from the Gold Coast and easily accessible from the Gold Coast and Brisbane domestic and international airports, Peppers Ruffles Lodge & Spa offers a relaxed and professional meeting environment perfect for up to 20 delegates. We offer two venues that can be utilised for meetings and feature all the first class facilities you require. Our main conference room, The Terrace Room boasts spectacular views of the hinterland and sprawling Gold Coast while our Executive Suite provides a more relaxed setting suited to smaller meetings. Team building activities can be arranged on request through our preferred supplier who can tailor an activity to suit your objectives utilising our grounds and the surrounding hinterland. Onsite there is also an 85 metre par three golf practice area and world class day spa.
In the rooms we offer an ISDN phone system with ADSL broadband and high speed data connections.
Getting There
From Coolangatta Airport - From the airport you head north towards Brisbane on the Pacific Highway . The drive is about 40 minutes, once you pass Helensvale and see Wet & Wild and Movie World on your left you take the next exit which is number 57 (Oxenford and Mt. Tambourine.) Stay on the left side of the Highway and turn right into Old Brisbane Rd. From there follow the map to Reserve Rd and Baileys Mountain Rd. The Lodge is at the end of Ruffles Rd. Use the phone at the gate to obtain access.
From Brisbane Airport - From the airport follow the signs to the Gold Coast. After crossing the Gateway Bridge continue on the Gateway Motorway where it joins the Pacific Motorway. The drive is about 45 minutes. Once you pass Yatala look for exit number 49 (Pimpama and Jacobs Well). Cross the motorway following the signs for Willow Vale then use the map from Rifle Range Rd to Hotham Creek Rd. The Lodge is at the end of Ruffles Rd. Use the phone at the gate to obtain access.
Ruffles Lodge can arrange transfers to and from Gold Coast or Brisbane airports. For your safety and comfort we use our BMW X5.
Parking Info
Each of our garden villas has its own undercover carport. There are more than enough visitor parking areas.
