Salt Cafe is another fantastic option for a delicious meal. Just to the front of the resort are the safe swimming waters of Hervey Bay, or for a more active endeavour walk or cycle all or part of the 14 km Esplanade path which runs from Hervey Bay Marina to Point Vernon. Located only 10 minutes drive from the Fraser Coast airport, Peppers Pier Resort Hervey Bay boasts conference facilities for up to 300 delegates theatre style.
The resorts range of venues includes a Ballroom ideal for large dinners and conferences which can be reconfigured into two separate rooms suited to medium sized dinners and meetings. The pre-function space leading into the Ballroom offers an abundance of natural light setting a great atmosphere perfect for trade shows and exhibitions. There also two smaller rooms suited to private and intimate meetings. Premium meeting and audio visual facilities are available throughout all rooms.
Peppers Pier Resort also offers business services including, wireless internet access, transparencies, laminating, facsimile, photocopying and typing. Some of these services will incur a charge, please contact reception for details.
Getting There
Hervey Bay is situated on the Queensland coast three hours drive north of Brisbane - Turn off the Bruce Highway at Maryborough and follow the signs to Hervey Bay. From Boat Harbor drive turn left at the roundabout into Elizabeth Street - Take the last right turn (before the Esplanade T-junction) into Hibiscus Street, then left into Peppers Pier Resort.
Virgin Blue fly direct to Hervey Bay from major cities. Take a 10 minute taxi drive from Fraser Coast Airport to Peppers Pier Resort.
Queensland Rail offer a tilt train service to Maryborough with bus service to Hervey Bay.
