The retreat offers 48 deluxe accommodation rooms and suites, each tastefully furnished in a Peppers' distinctive boutique style. All rooms offer guests the following facilities LCD TV, 8 free Foxtel channels, STD/ISD direct dialing, alarm clock/radio, minibar, refrigerator, ensuite bathroom with shower (13 rooms with baths) hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities, high speed broadband access, wireless internet access and daily housekeeping service. For those wishing to enjoy the wine-country lifestyle with a group of friends or family and require a little more space and privacy, there is an exclusive self-contained four bedroom cottage. The delightful cottage is located in a secluded position on the property and has 4 double bedrooms, lounge with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, wide verandahs, private swimming pool, courtyard with children’s play area, 2 bathrooms and access to all property services and facilities.

Just two hours from Sydney and one hour from Newcastle, Peppers Guest House comfortably caters for medium sized conferences of up to 120 delegates and delivers a unique and memorable conferencing experience.

The retreat boasts two main meeting rooms with plenty of natural light, both opening up to a veranda perfect for networking and serving morning and afternoon tea. Facilities include presentation equipment, guest lounges, breakout areas and wireless broadband internet access in the conference rooms and all public areas.

Getting There
One of the delights of visiting the Hunter Valley is that whatever way you arrive, the beauty of the region is always on show. Most guests enjoy the easy two hour drive from Sydney on the F3, including the scenic drive after leaving the F3 through rolling hills and vineyards.
