Overview
Sleep like a baby in comfortable beds then wake up refreshed for great breakfasts at a time chosen by you. A quiet spacious house with rural outlooks from the extensive balconies yet you can walk to several eating places and shops and Riverside Park by the Hunter River. With just two guest bedrooms, your privacy is assured. Only two hours north of Sydney we are closer to Newcastle airport than Newcastle city. Just off the Pacific Highway Raymond Terrace is a central location to explore the beautiful Port Stephens beaches and bays as well as the Hunter Valley wineries inland.
The willow room with ensuite has three king single beds and direct access to the long balcony. The palm room has a queen bed and ensuite and also has its own balcony overlooking trees.
The large guest lounge is downstairs away from the sleeping area with a kitchenette and toilet adjacent to it.
Children are welcome if both rooms are booked to ensure exclusive use of the guest facilities.

Business Facilities
Only 18 km from Newcastle Airport, your breakfast can be served early to catch that early flight. Wireless internet available. The guest lounge is large with large 8 seated dining table and suitable for meeting clients as it has a separate toilet and kitchenette and fridge available away from the guest bedrooms which are upstairs. Restaurants or pubs very handy to walk to.
Getting There
From the F3 Sydney/Newcastle freeway (15 km)
At the end of the freeway, take the right exit at the roundabout to stay on the Pacific Highway heading north to Taree and Brisbane. After crossing the Hunter River at the Hexham bridge, turn off for Raymond Terrace at the first roundabout.(6km). After about 2km along Adelaide Street, turn left at the Caltex garage at the first set of lights into Glenelg Street. Go through the next small roundabout. Then take the second exit left into Port Stephens Street at the second roundabout. Our house is the last on the right (behind the trees) before the next intersection at Swan Street. Turn in for off street parking and welcome in for a cuppa
From the Williamtown (Newcastle) Airport. (18 km)
From the airport turn right into Nelson Bay Road (heading to Newcastle). At the next roundabout (1.2 km) take the right exit toward Tomago on Cabbage Tree Road.
After 6.7 km turn right onto Masonite Road which shows a sign to Raymond Terrace. At the end (after 5km) go through the roundabout across the Pacific Highway and through the next roundabout onto Adelaide St.
After 2km turn left at the Caltex station at the traffic lights on the corner of Glenelg St. Go through the next small roundabout, and take the second exit left into Port Stephens Street at the next roundabout. Our house is the last house (behind the trees) on the right hand side before the next intersection. Turn in for off street parking and welcome in for a cuppa.
By Train from Sydney
Catch the train to Broadmeadow station ( near Newcastle), then transfer to Countrylink coach to Raymond Terrace. Check out the rail website. Countrylink.com.au.
