From 200m of your unit there is the magnificent coastal cycleways and boardwalks that link all the way from Middleton Beach to Emu Point or from Middleton Beach to the city centre offering breathtaking scenery and the ideal location for some whale spotting in season. Park Avenue Holiday Units provides an excellent base for holidaymakers and corporate visitors while they explore all this exciting region has to offer or do business. A selection of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom units are available, all of a high standard in presentation and cleanliness. Free car parking just in front of your unit and all units are ground floor level. Quiet location with no traffic passing. Wide verandahs with outdoor settings to perhaps enjoy a glass of local wine and read a book. Picturesque gardens.

Getting There
3km SE from York St. From the city centre round-about at York Street, turn into St Emilie Way. Turn left on that round-about and you will need to continue straight on Middleton Beach Road. Just past Eyres Park and Middleton Beach Bowling Club,turn right at the round-about. You have now entered Golf Links Road and we are number 13 Golflinks Road.
