Overview
Elegantly appointed, three contemporary styled spa cottages and two suites positioned for privacy on the hillside of a 60 acre vineyard/farm property Self-contained with generous continental breakfast provisions. Each cottage has wood fires(in service late April right through October), double spas, queen size bedroom separate to large lounge with sofa bed (dbl) and wide private timber decks. They are equipped with Microwave, 4 burner cooktop, TV, Stereo, DVD, fresh crisp linen and towels.

The Gallery Suite is a mix of eclectic and chic with a loft queen size bedroom, downstairs is a queen sofa bed, two leather lounges, large TV/DVD and WII. Dining table for 8, outside terrace BBQ and dining for 8, huge open wood fireplace(in service mid April to end October, kitchen with microwave, fridge, mini stove, fryer, and necessary pots and pans. includes continental breakfast provisions for mornings. Private entrance and car park.

The studio suite is an enormous room with queen size bed, dining table, lounge, electric log fire, reverse cycle aircondition/heating. Has own elegant spacious ensuite with walk in shower and a kitchen galley area with microwave,fridge toaster, jug, full continental breakfast provisions. Private entrance and parking.

All cottages and Suites have magnificent expansive valley views from all rooms and decks.

Located in central Yarra Valley close to all restaurants, major wineries and other attractions

On the Melba Highway at Yarra Glen. Turn right onto the Healesville/Yarra Glen road and travel 5 to 6 ks. School Lane will be found after Houghtons Lane on your left hand side. Outlook Hill is approximately 2 minutes up the Lane on your left hand side.
