Oaks Horizons have a very strict No Party Policy. Check in may be refused if you are identified to be planning a party in the hotel. ID and a valid credit card is required at check in. Registered guests must be over 18 yrs.
Upon arrival at your selected property a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts and a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.
