The tranquil and picturesque Murray River is the ideal location for a great relaxing holiday. The towns of Yarrawonga and Mulwala (90 km west of Albury), on Lake Mulwala, provide a perfect base and easy access to all the regions tourist attractions.Magnificent Lake Mulwala is popular all year round for boating, skiing, parasailing, jet skiing or just fishing for that elusive Murray cod. Or why not try a relaxing lunch time or evening cruise aboard one of two licenced boats.

For golfers, the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club complex is just 2 minutes away, featuring two 18 hole championship courses and an executive 9 hole course. Other courses nearby include Cobram/Barooga 36 holes, Corowa 27 holes(both a leisurely 25 minute drive), Tocumwal 36 holes & Howlong (40 minutes), and under an hour to Shepparton, Thurgoona, Wodonga Country and Berrigan courses. We take the hassle out of golf trips by taking care of all bookings for tee off times and any reservations for dinner or optional activities.Bowlers are also well catered for at the 3 local clubs with bowling all year round on excellent 15 second grass greens.

Wine lovers can visit some of the states best wineries at Rutherglen, Milawa, Cobram and Yarrawonga. Or allow us to arrange a tour for you. Other attractions in the area include the Buffalo Brewery, the Beechworth bakery, lolly shop and ice creamery, and cheese and mustard factories at Milawa.

For the kids there is swimming, fishing, water slides, boat rides, paddle boats,mini golf, horse riding or a visit to the animal farm. After the days activities, guests can dine at one of the 3 licenced clubs or the many first class restaurants in the towns of Yarrawonga and Mulwala. Or why not enjoy a meal and savour the charm and atmosphere at one of our great "country" pubs. All Clubs have courtesy buses operating to and from our front door.

Mulwala Paradise Palms is a modern, clean and well maintained 12 unit motel with a AAA rating of 3.5 stars. Getting There
We are approx 3 hours from Melbourne. Driving through Yarrawonga town centre and over the bridge into NSW, we are located just past the Mulwala Water Ski club on the left hand side. We are situated right next to the Royal Mail Hotel. Opposite Lake Mulwala on Melbourne Street.

We have off street parking, and ample space for trailers and boats.
