Mornington Bed and Breakfast is only a short stroll to Main Street Restaurants, Cafes, Cinema and Shops. Mornington Bed and Breakfast is centrally located to all that Mornington has to offer.
Situated only two doors to the beach, and close to local golf courses and the Mornington Racing Club.

Step back in time as you enter the front door to Mornington Bed and Breakfast. Built in the early 1930's Mornington Bed and Breakfast has ornate plaster ceilings with matching cornaces and beautiful oak wood panelled walls.
Ground floor has shared guest facilities with large loungeroom with oak panelling, leather furniture and gas log fire. Dining Room incorporating library. Enjoy a fully cooked sumptuous breakfast in our light airy breakfast room. Each room has its own breakfast table for 2.
Our ground floor spacious Darcy Suite has its own private large loungeroom equipped with TV/Video/DVD, refrigerator, kettle, jacobean lounge suite, dining room setting and writing desk overlooking beautiful garden views. The Double bedroom with its red carpet and plush furnishings has a Queen Sized Bed, bedside tables and lamps, mirrored built in wardrobe, alarm clock radio, iron and ironing board. The second double bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed and a King Single. The large ensuite has a full sized spa bath separate shower, full sized basin and a toilet.
We have three upstairs attic rooms all with their own ensuites.
The Oriental with burgundy silk curtains and matching accessories. Flat screen TV, DVD, Coffee/Tea making facilities, iron, ironing board, ensuite with spa. Although the smaller of all our rooms the Oriental is extremely comfortable and sumptuously decorated.
The Regency Room, relax in your spa with a glass of champagne as you look out over the bay. Enjoy a nightcap on your own private balcony. Flat screen TV, DVD, Coffee/Tea making facilities, iron, ironing board, ensuite with spa. The gold and white decor is refreshing and opulent.
The Arbour Room. The luxurious furnishings of our Arbour Room will take you back in time. Take your pre dinner drinks on your private balcony, relax in the wicker furniture and enjoy the bay views. Flat screen TV, DVD, Coffee/Tea making facilities, iron, ironing board, ensuite with spa.
Mornington Bed & Breakfast is not suitable for children, but we do have two self contained units that are. Our Mornington Queen and Albert on Barkly are suitable for children and are equipped with high chairs and change tables.

Getting There
Travelling by car - Approaching Mornington via Nepean Hwy, cross over Mornington-Tyabb Road (McDonalds is on your left) the next turn off on your right is Wilsons Road.
Approaching Mornington via Moorooduc Hwy turn right at Mornington/Tyabb Road until you reach Nepean Hwy. Turn left into Nepean Hwy (McDonalds is on your left) the first turn off on your right is Wilsons Road.
Travel to the end of Wilson Road Mornington Bed and Breakfast is on your left (look for the hedge).
Travelling by Train - Catch a train from Flinders Street Station to Frankston Station from Frankston Station catch the 784 bus to Mornington the last bus stop on Wilsons Road is 3 meters from Mornington Bed and Breakfast. Please note the 784 bus does not operate on Sundays and Public Holidays, alternatively you can catch the 781 bus. The 781 drop off is on the Esplanade Mornington walk the same way as the bus was travelling past Queen Street to the round about turn left at the round about into Wilsons Road. Mornington Bed and Breakfast is two doors on your right (look for the hedge).
