This natural phenomenon occurs when the moon rises over the bay after the massive tide has retreated leaving the shallow puddles of water exposed in the mud flats. Matso's Broome Brewery prides itself on offering Broome's most authentic Indian curries. Matso's a la carte menu is available for breakfast (7:00am til 11:00am), lunch (11.30am until 3:00pm) and dinner (6:00pm until 9:00pm) 7 days a week and chargeback facilities are available for Moonlight Bay & Bayside Holiday Apartments in house guests.
