Overview
Situated 200 metres from the Moonah shopping centre, Moonah Central Apartments offers beautifully renovated cottage accommodation with three generous sized bedrooms plus beautiful Art Deco lead lights, original fireplaces and polished Tasmanian Oak floor boards. There is also a formal lounge and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher adjacent the living/dining room which also features a large original ceiling ornament. The master bedroom comprises a queen bed, chaise lounge for private relaxation as well as LCD television. The second bedroom, with polished floors also contains a queen sized bed. The third bedroom contains two king single beds. All beds have electric blankets for the cooler times. The formal lounge complete with beautiful lead light windows is complete with leather settees, writing desk and large LCD television and DVD player. Of course a selection of DVD’s are supplied for your enjoyment. The bathroom is beautifully appointed complete with bath/shower. There is also a fully equipped laundry with auto washing machine and dryer.

All linen is supplied as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a full complement of amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and moisturiser.

Reverse Cycle conditioners both heat and air condition Amy Cottages as well as separate heating for each bedroom and bathroom.

Getting There
To get to the suburb of Moonah, drive north from Hobart CBD to Main Rd, Moonah. Turn left into Amy St (Kings Caravans on the corner) then drive across Charles St roundabout and turn right into Coleman St. The first driveway (grey concrete) on your right with tall cream coloured picket fence is 20 Amy St.
