Our 3.5 star fully serviced one bedroom loft-style apartments provide you with many of the creature comforts of home. The well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in your room are ideal for longer stays and provide you with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. Each of the well appointed rooms also has a LCD television with 28 free Foxtel channels, telephone, free WiFi, ensuite bathroom and small balcony.

***For the comfort of all our guests and tenants, this property has a "No Party" policy. Only registered guests are permitted in the property after 10.00pm.

***The property is a NON smoking property. However, guests can smoke on their own private balcony.

***There are approximately 12 steep stairs leading into the property. If you require assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to ask at reception.

***We do not have a car park on site but do have a discount agreement with a public parking station. See the parking section for more information on the parking procedure.

Getting There
The central city location provides convenient access to all forms of public transport. An airport transfer bus can be caught from outside the airport right to the door.

Closest train stations to the hotel are Wynyard and Town Hall.

Driving from Sydney International or Domestic Airport (SYD): The best route is to take the Eastern Distributor Motorway and then the Cross City Tunnel (toll cost of AU$6.50). Exit left onto William Street and continue along this road, crossing over George Street (with the Town Hall on the left and the Queen Victoria Building on the right). You can turn right onto either Clarence or Kent Street and travel north until the intersection at traffic lights with Erskine Street. Turn left here and then left again into Sussex Street, which is one way travelling south. The Sussex Street reception is approximately 400 meters (one block) on the corner of King and Sussex Street.

We do not have a car park on site but have a discount agreement with a public parking station at 170 Sussex Street. Drive past the apartments and it is the first blue car parking sign you will see on the left hand side called Rear of 383 Kent Street. Drive in and take a ticket. (reception will validate your ticket for the discount).

Procedure: Enter the car park at the above location; taking the first driveway and keeping left, on entry you will receive a ticket. Keep this ticket safe as lost tickets may result in a lost ticket fee. Proceed to park your car (you can park anywhere except in reserved spaces).

Cost:Upon check out of the apartments, reception will validate your parking ticket and provide you with car park vouchers for each night your car is parked in the car park. The rate is $30 per 24 hour period or $30 per exit.

Hours: The Car Park is open 24 Hours.
Payment can be made via the large blue pay machine located on Level G. Payment has to be made before you get your car. If there are any problems with the vouchers, please come back to the apartments - DO NOT PAY - as refunds cannot be given.
