Accommodation

You may choose from two styles of B&B accommodation - one of our luxury bed and breakfast suites - the Wisteria or Magnolia; or our fully self contained Executive Spa Suite which includes all the benefits of staying in a B&B Suite.

The Wisteria Suite has a queen size bed and the ensuite bathroom has a large shower and a deep bath where you can enjoy a relaxing soak at the end of the day.

The Magnolia Suite features twin king single beds and a roomy ensuite bathroom, which was especially designed to be wheelchair and disabled friendly with plenty of room to move about. The hobless shower and adjacent WC have grab rails and a shower chair is also available for guests if required.

There is level access throughout the B&B Suites, lounge/dining area and foyer with undercover parking directly off the foyer.

Guests in both the Wisteria and Magnolia Suites have use of a small kitchenette as well as a spacious lounge/dining area with comfortable, cosy lounges where you can relax with a good book, read one of the many magazines or watch a DVD from the library. There is also a sound system with a selection of CDs and a piano for those who like to make their own music. The small kitchenette is well equipped and is suitable for light meal preparation.

The Executive Spa Suite is your own private self contained apartment with all the added inclusions of staying in our Bed & Breakfast Suites, ensuring the perfect luxury getaway or for a special romantic interlude.

Unfortunately, not all our guests are here to holiday or are just passing through the Manning Valley. We are the nearest accommodation to the Manning and Great Lakes Memorial Gardens for guests attending funerals held there. We offer a home away from home for family and friends.

Please note:
- Guests are required to sign a Registration Form and also provide a Visa or Mastercard imprint at Check in.
- No smoking is allowed indoors. Ashtrays are provided for guests wishing to smoke outdoors.

Travelling with pets
Kennels with runs, are available for guests travelling with their dog/s. Under no circumstances do we allow pets inside. Accommodation is suitable only for quiet dogs that are used to being outside normally. All pet requirements are to be supplied by guests and any necessary cleaning is your responsibility. Dogs must be on a leash at all times to/from kennels. Accommodation for your pet is at our discretion only and a small surcharge applies.
NOTE: Check with owners before booking to the suitability of your pet accompanying you.

COOKING FACILITIES

BBQ provided in pool area for guests use.

Kitchenette suitable for light meal preparation only.

Full kitchen in the Executive Suite only. Kitchen must be left as found. As the Suite is 'open plan design', we do not allow the cooking of spicy, aromatic foods such as Indian curries etc. Please check before booking if you have any queries. Credit card will be debited for excessive cleaning and for any items requiring laundering due to cooking smells.

Getting There
BY CAR

We are a comfortable three hour drive north from the start of the F3 leaving Sydney and less than 2 hours from Newcastle. Port Macquarie is just under an hour to the north, Coffs Harbour approximately 3 hours, Byron Bay approximately 6 hours, Gold Coast 7 hours, Brisbane 8 hours.

Travelling NORTH along the freeway take the Taree exit and then 20 metres on take the Old Bar/Manning Point exit (you will be going over the top of the freeway). Go right round the roundabout (get into left lane) take the Old Bar exit (and foot off accelerator). Travel 2kms (turning lane just past Tourist Information bay) and turn left into Malcolms Road, 500 metres on the right hand side you'll find Mescal's (driveway opposite R & M Dever Nursery)

Travelling SOUTH on the freeway take the SECOND Taree exit (you go up an off ramp to a roundabout which is over the top of the freeway) you will just clip the edge of the roundabout and turn left to take the Old Bar / Manning Point exit. Travel down Old Bar Road 2kms and turn left into Malcolms Road (turning lane just past Tourist Information bay). 500 metres on the right hand side you?ll find Mescal's (driveway opposite R&M Dever Nursery)

BY AIR
Taree Airport has daily flights to/from Sydney. Port Macquarie airport is an hour north and Williamtown (Newcastle) airport is approximately 2 hours south. There is an airport bus which travels between Port Macquarie, Williamtown & Newcastle daily. More air services utilise these airports.

BY TRAIN OR BUS

There are train and bus services to and from Taree. Taxi fare from Taree is approximately $20 to Mescal's.

There is plenty of on-site parking space available for your car, boat and trailer. Limited under cover parking is also available.
