Reception hours are from 6.30am -11pm

All meeting rooms have access to 42" LCD TV, data projector screens, PA, notepads and pens. Our dedicated onsite function co-ordinator wil ensure your meeting or event runs smoothly and delegates receive the best possible care.

Getting There
Travelling north from Sydney on the Pacific Highway, travel approx. 380kms to Port Macquarie exit at highway roundabout, right onto Oxley Highway and travel east to Port Macquarie 13kms. Follow Oxley Highway and continue onto Gordon Street until you reach Horton Street roundabout (note historical cemetery and garden on right) turn left into Horton Street, travel to traffic lights, 2 blocks, turn right into William Street. Mercure Hotel is on the next corner on your left. Car park access is via Hay Street, please note charges apply for parking. From 1st May 2010 the Reception hours will be 7am to 11pm.
