WE CANNOT ACCEPT SAME DAY BOOKINGS AFTER 4.30 PM At McMillan Gardens Furnished Accommodation, Canberra we offer boutique accommodation for the budget conscious traveller. Our accommodation offerings would suit the single traveller or families. We offer self catering in all of our accommodation.
All of our accommodation offerings are very well located in the inner south suburb of Griffith. The properties are within walking distance to the many cafe/dining and shopping available at Manuka and Kingston and a five to 10 minute drive of the city and other major shopping centres and tourist attractions.
We are located within the Parliamentary Triangle so if you are in Canberra on business, our accommodation is close to or within easy commuting distance of Government Offices and other business locations in the City or Woden.
So whether you are visiting the National Capital for work or pleasure, relocating or renovating we can meet your accommodation needs. Choose from our one and two bedroom units, or our standard or larger studio units.
All of our accommodation offerings are fully furnished and equipped and all units provide the convenience and cost saving of having their own individual and very well equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. Linen and towels etc. are also provided and if you would like to save the costs of housekeeping we provide cleaning products and equipment for self servicing. There is also a complimentary weekly linen change service weekly and an onsite laundry. If you would prefer the units to be serviced we can also arrange for this to be done.
Off-street parking and is also provided at no additional charge.
The units make an excellent base to enjoy the many activities and attractions of Canberra.

From Sydney along Federal Highway: The Federal Highway becomes Northbourne Avenue on the city's outskirts. Follow Northbourne through the City and across the lake towards Parliament House. The road will veer around to the left of Parliament house onto State Circle. Continue around until to your come to Canberra Avenue where you turn left. Continue on for approximately 2km past Manuka and Kingston when you will come to a large roundabout. Continue straight through the roundabout and take the first turn to your right and the second driveway on your right. For convenience sake park in the visitors car parking on your left. When you access your unit you will find a compendium showing you the car parks allocated to McMillan Gardens Furnished Accomodation, Canberra.
From Melbourne along the Barton Highway: Follow the Barton Highway to its end and turn right onto Northbourne Avenue . From Cooma along the Barton Highway:
Follow the Barton Highway and turn off onto the Fyshwick turnoff to Canberra Avenue. Continue on Canberra Avenue for about 1km and take the first turn to the left prior to the large roundabout. McMillan Gardens is the second driveway on your right.
From Canberra International Airport;
Only 8km to the units, travelling through the light industrial district of Fyshwick and turning right onto Canberra Avenue. Continue on Canberra Avenue for about 1 kilometre and take the first turn to the left into McMillan Crescent. This is just before the large roundabout. McMillan Gardens is the second driveway on your right.
Canberra Railway Station:
The units are located directly across the roundabout and within walking distance into McMillan Crescent and McMillan Gardens is located behind Staffordshire Terrace apartments.
