Mawson Lakes Hotel Mawson Lakes Hotel and Function Centre offer 112 spacious accommodation rooms, suites and off-site apartments to suit any circumstance. Atrium Apartments These modern spacious two bedroom apartments are the ideal home away from home, featuring open plan kitchen, laundry facilities, living and dining rooms, together with designated study area with work desk and broadband internet access. Please note that the Atrium Apartments are located offsite, just a short 8-10 min walk from the main hotel. Complimentary, secure, self parking is available at the apartments. Check in is available at the Mawson Lakes hotel, and you are welcome to take advantages of all the facilities at this hotel.

Excessive cleaning charges may also apply should the room be left in an unacceptable state and cleaning above the normal levels is required. Business Facilities
The Hotel offers an excellent choice of modern conference and event facilities incorporating four function rooms ranging from an intimate boardroom to three large function rooms, with the flexibility to open the retractable walls to accommodate up to 345 guests.
We have three separate rooms (Varsity, Edgewater and Lakeside) that comfortably hold up to 70-80 people banquet style with the enormous flexibility of opening and combining the rooms to accommodate 250 guests.
The boardroom caters for smaller groups of up to 20 and is ideal for meetings, presentations, interviews and the like.
All rooms feature state of the art equipment including: Laptop, projector, retractable screen, flip chart, whiteboards, OH projector, CD player, DVD Player. You'll also find cinema quality 7.1 channel sound and broadband access in the three function rooms.

Getting There
From Adelaide Airport turn right onto Sir Donald Bradman Drive, left onto South Road and follow this all the way (over Port, Torrens, Regency and Grand Junction Roads). This eventually turns into The Port River Expressway which leads over Port Wakefield Road. Turn right onto Elder Smith Drive into the Mawson Lakes Development then right again onto Main Street. The hotel is located on the left hand side at number 10.
From Adelaide CBD - Head north up King William Street through North Adelaide (O'Connell Street), veer right onto Main North Road for approximately 10kms (travelling through the large intersection at Gepps Cross). Continue over Montague Road and take the second road on the left leading into Mawson Lakes. Once on Mawson Lakes Boulevard veer right Sales and Information Centre, through the lights and park at the Northern end of the hotel.
