Overview
Maroochy Sands Holiday Units are located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, only 50 metres from Maroochydore Beach, Queensland, Australia. We have recently undergone an extensive exterior renovation with the highlight being our magnificent new extended balconies on all units.

You don’t even really need a car with the public transport on our doorstep and we’re centrally located close to the Sunshine Plaza shopping centre, many restaurants and various clubs and hotels.

The Sunshine Coast Airport is only 15 mins drive, and Brisbane Airport is 60mins away.

In a nutshell….
Affordable accommodation for family holidays, travellers, corporate and even long term to 3 months.
Fully self-contained furnished units with full kitchens. Each unit also has a washing machine & drier.
All units have ocean and/or pool views except for one on the 1st floor with park views.
2 lifts/elevators to all floors and a stairwell at either end of the building
No need for air-conditioning – let nature do it for you with sea breezes (and pedestal fans) in every unit.
Foxtel in all units.
Italian, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Sizzlers, Nandos Restaurants within 50 metres. We’re also directly across the road from a 24hr McDonalds, 7-11 convenience store and a Zaraffas coffee shop (if you haven’t tried Zaraffas you should!)
Sunshine Plaza Mall, Coles, Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets all within 5 minutes drive.

Easy to get to – we’re on the corner of Sixth Ave and Aerodrome Rd with parking right outside making it easy when you check in. Once checked in you can access our secure undercover parking. If you're booking in outside our office hours please contact us to arrange key collection.

Getting There
Maroochy Sands is located on the corner of Sixth Avenue and Aerodrome Road Maroochydore (directly opposite McDonalds) Taxis and bus transfers are available from Maroochydore airport which is around 10 minutes drive away.
