Overview
Marina Resort Nelson Bay is situated in the heart of Nelson Bay overlooking the sparkling waters of Port Stephens. We are only a 45 minutes drive from Newcastle and 2 1/2 hours from Sydney ,the motel is perfectly situated to cater to the needs of all guests.
Rated as a 3 1/2 star motel, with a total of 44 rooms covering 5 levels and all except ground floor have views of the bay, with the upper floors boasting spectacular panoramic views. All but our ground floor rooms have private balconies and 19 of our rooms have spas to complete your relaxing holiday. Our ground floor has disabled rooms and an outdoor terrace area over looking the pool. The internal lift goes to all floors including Ketch's restaurant which offers great food and great views open for breakfast & dinner (closed Sunday and Monday night's). Relax and unwind in our outdoor pool and spa which also has a wading pool for the children. The motel is a short stroll to safe swimming beaches, shops and activities including our famous dolphin watch cruises.

Getting There
Marina Resort is accessible by car and coach. Port Stephens Coaches travel daily to Nelson Bay from Sydney leaving Central Station and stopping along the way. Travelling by car is an easy drive on the freeway. The directions are as follows:
*Take the F3 Freeway north from Sydney
*At the end of the freeway at the roundabout take the Pacific Highway towards Taree.
*Go up over the Hexham Bridge,travel 1km and turn right to Nelson Bay on Tomago Road.
*Follow to roundabout and turn left onto Nelson Bay Road. Follow this road through to Nelson Bay.
