Overview
Marcel Towers is a three storey apartment complex and consists of six two-bedroom apartments and six one-bedroom apartments, located in Nambucca Heads' dress circle position - on part of the Inner Harbour known as The Glen, right at the entrance of the Nambucca River to the South Pacific Ocean. Each apartment has water views and front facing balcony, but no lift is available.

Each apartment is a full-size furnished airconditioned home unit, with separate bedroom/s; fully-equipped kitchen; bathroom and separate living/dining room. Each apartment also has its own undercover off-street car parking space, elevated front balcony and water views.

By combining the Superior Unit and the Courtyard Apartment via an interconnecting door, the Marcel Maxi-Apartment is created, with three separate bedrooms; two bathroom/toilets; two living rooms; two fully-equipped kitchens (one with a dishwasher); separate balconies and entrances and its own barbeque courtyard.

Riverside Place is the adjacent two storey house, consisting of the resident owners/managers' apartment upstairs and an air-conditioned fully-equipped two bedroom unit (accommodates six people in normal configuration) downstairs. This ground floor Riverside Place apartment has its own laundry; separate bedrooms; fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher); living/dining room; bathroom and Austar/Foxtel satellite television. It also has a lockup garage.

Free broadband internet access is available via a fixed line desktop guest computer in reception or at a modest charge via wireless broadband to each room. A baby bath; cots; high chair and stroller are available free of charge. A free family library and children's videos are also provided, as well as various jigsaws, board games and the like - just perfect to pass the quiet times!

Whether you stay in Marcel Towers or Riverside, you enjoy three and a half star accommodation and the benefit of on-site resident owners/managers. Linen, pillows, blankets and barbeque facilities are provided at no extra charge (Riverside and the Courtyard Apartment in Marcel Towers have their own barbeque facilities), whilst you can also use one of the (free) row boats to take a short trip up the river, or across to the sand island opposite the units.

We are literally a stone's throw from the water's edge, where you can swim from the river beach and view the many coloured semi-tropical fish.

You will also enjoy spectacular ocean and river views, as well as the beauty of the rainforest which is, literally, your backyard. Watch for the dolphins as they swim past your balcony or frolic in the ocean at the entrance to the Nambucca River. Thrill at the multitude of the bird and animal life; the ever-changing colours of the water and the magnificent sunsets.

Stroll along the nature boardwalk to the famous Vee Wall Breakwater or to the nearby tavern; parks; ocean beach; clubs; restaurants; kiosk and township. Wander along the rainforest walks, or just sit and watch the waves, birds and swimming fish!

Pets welcome in certain apartments, but you must call ahead to make and confirm arrangements in order to avoid disappointment. Policy applies.

Getting There
By Road-
Nambucca Heads is located on the mid north coast of New South Wales, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Travel time by road from Sydney is about six hours (with breaks).

By Coach -
Nambucca Heads is serviced daily by McCaffertys Greyhound coaches, departing from both Sydney and Brisbane. By utilising the McCaffertys network, you can reach Nambucca Heads from almost any location within Australia (for timetables, fares and bookings, refer to McCaffertys website)

By Rail -
Serviced by CountryLink New South Wales, XPT trains depart daily to Nambucca Heads from both Sydney and Brisbane (refer to the CountryLink website for timetables, bookings and fares)

By Air -
Coffs Harbour airport is located approximately 25 minutes' drive north of Nambucca Heads. Coffs Harbour is serviced daily by both QANTAS and VIRGIN airlines.

Car rental is available at the airport and the trip south to Nambucca Heads can be made by taxi, bus, train, hire or rental car.

Parking Info
One undercover off-street parking space is provided for each Marcel Towers unit, with limited additional space available for boat trailers or extra vehicles (please check on availability).

A lockup garage is available for the ground floor Riverside apartment.

Unrestricted on-street parking is also available, if required.
