Overview
Majorca Isle Beachside Resort with direct access to the Maroochydore Beach. A selection of one, two or three bedroom fully self-contained apartments, choose either garden views or our magnificient ocean views with all the facilities provided to make your stay a most memorable one. Enjoy our inviting heated pool & spa, BBQ with plenty of entertainment area, a full size tennis court, games room, spa & sauna.
We are located directly opposite the Bowls Club & Maroochy Library and for the fishing or boating enthusiest we are a short five minute walk to the magnificient Maroochy River. Or, if you are in heavy training, the Cotton Tree heated Olympic pool ia also close by. Also, Cotton Tree Shopping village boasts some of the coast's best shopping & fine dining, not to forget the very popular Sunday morning markets.

Getting There
We are located one hours drive north of Brisbane.
Centrally located on the Sunshine Coast and a 10 minute drive from the Maroochydore Airport.
If you're coming up from Brisbane, take the Buderim/Mooloolaba turn off the Bruce Highway, just after the Ettamogga Pub. Head east along Nicklin Way towards Mooloolaba, then head north along Alexandra Parade to Maroochydore. We are about 10-15 minute drive east of the Bruce Highway.
