WHILST WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHAT IS HAPPENING AT SEAHAVEN RESORT WE FEEL THAT WE NEED TO ADVISE YOU OF THE WORK. NOISE HAS BEEN BETWEEN 7.00AM - 4.00PM FOR VARYING LENGTHS OF TIME DEPENDING WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Maison Noosa is beautifully appointed with 23 Apartments having direct access to Noosa's Main Beach at the quiet end of Hastings St. Maison Noosa is ideally situated at 'The Woods' end of Hastings St offering privacy and luxurious accommodation. Hastings Street restaurants offer cosmopolitan dining throughout the year to take advantage of the beautiful Noosa climate.
All Apartments have air conditioning, kitchens, private balconies with either an ocean, garden or Hastings St view, Austar and FREE WiFi internet access. The resort has a large pool, separate spa, BBQ, a well equipped gym and security undercover parking.

Views do vary throughout the resort from ocean view, pool view, garden view, partial view or Hastings St view. To confirm the view from the apartment being offered please contact the resort direct.
You have a choice of a fantastic array of restaurants and cafes to choose from staying in Hastings St. Or if you decide to stay in we offer in-room dining through 'Gourmet Deliveries'.
In the interests of all guests, Maison Noosa is a TOTALLY NON-SMOKING RESORT. Smoking is not permitted within the resort or apartments. Charges may apply if this condition is breached.
The resort has a "NO CANCELLATIONS, NO CHANGES" policy.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS - Maison Noosa reception can book your door - to -door airport shuttle from either Brisbane or Sunshine Coast airports. Exclusive transfers can also be quoted for. Contact the resort direct with your flight details and options on transfer costs from as little as $25 per person.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Apartments listed on Wotif have a maximum number of guests displayed in each category. Extra guests over the maximum will be charged according to the resort's additional guest policy or offered alternative accommodation payable directly to the resort. For further clarification please contact the resort direct.
Maison Noosa ~ CONDITIONS OF BOOKING & OCCUPANCY
Please read these conditions carefully. Each person confirming a booking through a booking site and signing their registration card ("the Guest") acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as "Guest") occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest.
1. Extra charges such as phone etc must be paid by cash or credit card
2. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt.
3. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage, including extra cleaning or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.
4. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
5. Guests must only park cars in the designated areas.
6. Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight.
7. No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex.
8. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property that a Guest may sustain while on the complex.
9.The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply.
10.There is NO REFUND for early departure.
11.The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. Additional cleaning on departure may attract an additional charge.
12.The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment.
13.The Guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
14. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests' property.
15. Parties or functions are not permitted within the grounds or in any of Maison Noosa Apartments without the approval of management.
16. Every effort is made to allocate according to a guests request. This is not guaranteed and is not always possible.
17. Guests or invitees of guests shall not create noise likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of any person staying in the resort.
