- Special requirements such as Car Parking, Breakfast Vouchers, Cot hire, High Chair and Rollaway Bed hire are available at an additional cost and are subject to availability. Please advise if any of these are required before arrival to avoid disappointment.

- NO PARTY POLICY For the consideration of our other Guests, M on Mary Apartments has a strict "No Party Policy". Violation of this policy will result in eviction from the building and additional cleaning charges!

- Wireless Internet available in room (fees apply). Business facilities such as faxing, photocopying available at reception (fees apply).

- Check-in time is 2pm, the majority of our rooms are not available before this time; if you need an earlier check-in please contact reception the day before your arrival date and we will endeavour to make every effort to get your apartment ready for your arrival. We cannot guarantee this.

- Check-out time is 10am, should you require a later check-out you will need to contact Reception the night before your departure to confirm availability, a fee of $66 applies to late check outs up to 12:30pm. After this, a full night's accommodation will be incurred.

- High floor/river views/other special requests cannot always be guaranteed.

- A credit card Surcharge fee will be taken from a Visa and MasterCard of 1.5% and Amex and Diners Club 3.5% cards.

- NO CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS TO INTERNET BOOKED RESERVATIONS.

- All rooms have a high step into shower over the bath; step stools are available from reception upon request, if available.

- Upon departure, I understand that all key cards provided must be returned to Front Office staff, and not left in the room. Failure to do so will mean the key charge of $55 per key card will apply, as well as a late check out fee of $66.00.

- I understand that should I set the fire alarm off in the Building I may be charged the $950 callout fee that the Qld Fire Service applies to M on Mary Apartment Hotel for ?false? callouts.

- M on Mary is a SMOKE-FREE building, a non-compliance a decontamination fee of $250 will apply if you smoke in the room.

- M on Mary Apartments abides by and respects the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001. M on Mary shall not be liable to any guest for any loss, damage, or destruction to any property brought upon these premises by the said guests or invitees. Without limiting the forgoing personal property shall include money, jewellery and other personal effects and motor vehicles parked on the premises, Travel Insurance is recommended.

- No animals are allowed in the apartment or building at any time.

Reception Hours is open 24 hours however we do lock the front doors to guests only after 9pm until 6am. Should you arrive during this time ? please use the intercom located at the front door or call 07 3503 8000 to contact reception.

S E Property Management Pty Ltd acts on behalf of the individual unit owners under the Property Agents & Motor Dealers Act 2000, there is no GST applicable to accommodation at M on Mary Apartments.

Please add in COMMENTS section any charge back details, if car park/s are required ($30 per night), roll away beds ($33 per night, if available), preferred bedding configuration, breakfast voucher ($14.50 each) etc. Confirmation will be emailed back within 24 hours. Rates are for 2 people for 1 bedroom units and 6 people for 3 bedrooms units.

I understand that I give authority to my debit my credit card for any outstanding accommodation costs, incidentals and or damage/loss occurred to the apartment during my stay at M on Mary Apartments. Getting There
A Taxi from the airport should, depending on traffic conditions should take about 30 minutes.

If you are driving, coming from the Airport via Kingsford Smith Drive, this will turn into Ann Street that will take you into the city centre. From Ann Street turn left into Edward Street then right into Mary Street.

After crossing over Albert Street M on Mary will be the 2nd building on your right, into the driveway, parking on the left hand side of the driveway.
